Our talented Strings students put on a beautiful Lunchtime Soirée, where staff and students gathered to enjoy an enchanting selection of music. A special highlight was the appearance of our Chinese teacher, Wen Liang Tao, who joined the Soirée to perform on the erhu, a traditional Chinese two-string instrument often called the 'Chinese violin', and known for its haunting and expressive tones.

Thank you to our wonderful Strings students, and Wen Liang for this joyful and refreshing moment during the examination period! As the final Soirée of the year, it was a perfect way to close the season’s performances.
