This semester, Year 10 Product Design students learned about the history of costumes, exploring how designers use various techniques and surface decorations to reflect a character's personality and behaviour. Building on this knowledge, they designed their own children's costumes, following a design brief and using their own pattern pieces. Working independently, they researched and crafted imaginative costumes, successfully completing an array of fabulous creations.
